Currently a Partner at Positron, Manjula started her career with Citibank N.A, Mumbai in Consumer Banking and has handled service, quality, operations and sales in Credit cards and Branch banking.
As a consultant, Manjula has worked as a facilitator and coach in the area of Service, Consultative Selling, Emotional Intelligence and Human Capital Management across various industries, verticals and levels. Her corporate experience and business perspective further enable her to understand different nuances of requirements thereby making application of learning effective and measurable.
Manjula is a certified practioner in DiSC, Genos- Emotional Intelligence, Consultative Selling Skills and Instructional Design. She is also an ICF credentialed Business and Life Coach having completed the requirements from ISCP, Singapore.
She has done extensive work in Customer Experience which includes Service and Process Audits, Building Customer Communication across Customer Journeys, Customer Insights and building Customer Experience platforms for Start-ups including capability development.
