Prior to Positron Team, Arunava was the Chief Risk Officer of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank. He was the first incumbent to the post and set up and executed the risk management framework for the Bank, as well as when it was an NBFC- MFI.

Arunava brings diverse experience, having commenced his career as a Probationary Officer with State Bank of India, and was selected early in his career for a deputation to the Bank’s office in London, where he was a part of the Loan Syndication team. Following State Bank of India, he worked with Standard Chartered Bank with their Merchant Banking Division and subsequently did corporate banking with Bahraini Saudi Bank in Bahrain and debt management with Remza Investment Company, a Bahrain based family office.

Arunava is a balance between theory and practice, both essential to any consulting assignment.
